I already have a subscription. How do I download and activate Cloudmark Desktop?

If you already have a subscription, you just need to install Cloudmark Desktop and sign in with the email address and password associated with your subscription.

How to download and activate Cloudmark Desktop

1. Download Cloudmark Desktop:

   http://cloudmark.com/desktop/download/

2. Double-click the downloaded installer and follow its on-screen instructions.
3. Start your email client.
4. In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
5. Select Sign In....
   Show me:

   The My Cloudmark login screen appears.

6. Enter your email address and password.
7. Click Sign In.

   If you are already running two or more instances of Cloudmark Desktop, you may be prompted to transfer your subscription to this one. If so, click Transfer Subscription.
